Tom Weber

Founder & Lead Architect

A fourth-generation Dallas native, Tom Weber is the Founder and Lead Architect of Thomas Weber Residential Studio. A graduate of Highland Park High School and the Fay Jones School of Architecture at the University of Arkansas, Tom has built a career grounded in scale, proportion, and timeless design principles—creating homes that balance enduring architecture with modern luxury.

Following graduation, Tom gained valuable experience working in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Vail, Colorado—settings that shaped his sensitivity to view-oriented design and a deep connection to the surrounding landscape. These lessons continue to inform his work today, particularly in his acclaimed lake houses, including more than eighteen residences at Long Cove on Cedar Creek Lake, a premier lakeside community.

Licensed in Texas since 2000 and certified by NCARB, Tom holds reciprocal licensure in more than fifteen states. His portfolio spans large estates in Dallas’ most desirable neighborhoods, expansive ranch properties, and bespoke vacation homes across the country.

Tom’s process is deeply personal and client-driven. He works closely with each homeowner—often side by side—to understand their lifestyle and aspirations. Combining hand sketching, advanced 3D modeling, and 3D printing, he ensures every detail reflects the client’s vision. Known for his extensive construction knowledge and close collaboration with builders and craftsmen, Tom delivers homes that are both thoughtfully planned and inherently livable.

A longtime resident of University Park, Tom continues to take a hands-on approach with every project—often meeting clients at his home office and maintaining an atmosphere of privacy, trust, and genuine collaboration from the first sketch to the final walk-through.
